  * **Knowledge Base Expansion:** Create detailed "Technical A-to-Z" guides for the tools mentioned in the Sovereignty Stack (e.g., "Step-by-Step Nextcloud Deployment").
  * **Community Hub:** Define and document the process for organizing local meetups and "InstallFests."
  * **Infrastructure Audit:** Audit legacy `.org` links in the archive and ensure redirects to `.net` are functional.
  * **Automation:** Develop a "Welcome Bot" for IRC to nudge new users toward the Manifesto and Membership pages.
  * **Bylaws Codification:** Drafted the Interim Bylaws, establishing the provisional authority of J, membership requirements (cycle + non-template page), leadership portfolios for PA non-profit compliance, and the amendment process.
